
Pop icon Britney Spears has officially announced her highly anticipated 2025 World Tour, marking her return to the global stage. The announcement has thrilled fans worldwide, as the “Princess of Pop” embarks on her first major tour in nearly a decade. Titled Freedom, the tour promises a celebration of Spears’ illustrious career, with a mix of her chart-topping hits and new material from her latest album.
The Freedom tour kicks off on March 1, 2025, at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California. The North American leg will see Spears perform in major cities, including New York, Chicago, Miami, and Toronto. Following the U.S. dates, Spears will head to Europe in May, with stops in London, Paris, Berlin, and Madrid, among others. The tour then moves to Asia in June, covering Tokyo, Seoul, and Manila, before wrapping up in Sydney, Australia, on July 25, 2025.
In a press release, Spears expressed her excitement about returning to the stage. “This tour is about celebrating freedom, resilience, and love with my fans who’ve supported me through thick and thin. I can’t wait to see you all!” she shared.
Fans can expect an electrifying show, with Spears working alongside renowned choreographers, set designers, and fashion stylists to deliver a visually stunning performance. The setlist is rumored to include classics like “Toxic,” “Oops!… I Did It Again,” and “Baby One More Time,” alongside tracks from her new album.
Tickets for the Freedom tour go on sale starting January 20, 2025, with presales available for fan club members beginning January 15. Prices range from $75 to $500, with VIP packages offering exclusive backstage access and meet-and-greets.
