Exclusive: Crystal Palace Is Supposed To Remain In Monaco

Crystal Palace are aiming to support Oliver Glasner this summer following Michael Olise’s departure to Bayern Munich.

Crystal Palace has shown interest in Akliouche, a 22-year-old French attacker from Monaco, with recent reports linking him to the club.

Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig are reportedly interested in the Monaco player as well.

However, clubs pursuing Akliouche may be disappointed as the 22-year-old is set to sign a new contract with Monaco, as reported by French sports daily L’Equipe.

Akliouche’s current contract with Monaco is set to expire in 2026, but reports indicate that his new deal could extend until 2028.

Last season, Akliouche made a strong impression with Monaco, contributing to eleven goals in just 18 league appearances for the club.

It remains to be seen which direction Crystal Palace will turn next as they seek to bring in a quality attacker in the weeks to come.
