Speaking to reporters after practice, Hammon emphasized that playoff basketball transcends venue familiarity, especially against a formidable opponent like Indiana.
“Home court is great for the fans, but when you’re in the semifinals, it’s about execution, not location,” Hammon said. “Indiana’s got a talented roster, and we’re ready for a battle no matter where we play.” The Aces, who finished the regular season with a strong 27-13 record, face a Fever team led by Veteran Kelsey Mitchell whose dynamic play has energized Indiana’s campaign.
