Morgan Wallen has solidified his status as a country music powerhouse in 2025, captivating fans worldwide with his latest achievements.
‘I’m the Problem’ Becomes 2025’s Biggest Album
Released on May 16, Wallen’s fourth studio album, I’m the Problem, has taken the music world by storm. The 37-track collection debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, moving over 493,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, including 133,000 in pure sales. This marks the biggest debut of the year, surpassing The Weeknd’s Hurry Up Tomorrow. In an incredible feat, 36 of the album’s songs charted simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 — a record only Wallen himself had previously achieved.
The album features high-profile collaborations with artists like Post Malone, Tate McRae, Eric Church, and HARDY. One of the most talked-about tracks, “What I Want” featuring Tate McRae, shot to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, earning Wallen his fourth chart-topper and giving McRae her first.
‘Sand in My Boots’ Festival Brings Country and Pop Together
To celebrate the album launch, Wallen hosted the first-ever Sand in My Boots festival from May 16 to 18 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The event was a massive success, featuring performances from Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, Riley Green, T-Pain, Wiz Khalifa, Diplo, and 2 Chainz. Fans enjoyed more than just music — the beachside festival offered unique attractions like ferris wheel rides, late-night DJ sets, and even real-time weddings at “Love Somebody Lane.”
Upcoming ‘I’m the Problem’ Tour
Following this wave of success, Wallen is gearing up for the I’m the Problem Tour, which kicks off on June 20 in Houston, Texas. The tour promises an unforgettable mix of new tracks and fan-favorite hits, all delivered with the raw emotion and energy fans have come to expect from Morgan Wallen.
