Rock fans, get ready—the Pretty Reckless are back in a big way. The American rock band, led by powerhouse frontwoman Taylor Momsen, has officially announced their upcoming fifth studio album, set for release in early 2025. But that’s not all. Alongside the new music, the band is also launching a massive world tour that will kick off in spring 2025 and continue well into 2026, covering North America, Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia.
This new album will be the band’s first full-length release since their critically acclaimed Death By Rock and Roll in 2021. According to Momsen, the upcoming record promises to be their “most ambitious and emotional work to date,” combining the gritty rawness fans have come to love with fresh, cinematic production. Recording sessions reportedly wrapped up at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, a familiar creative space for the band.
The tour is set to begin in May 2025, with 16 dates across the United States already confirmed. Cities include Los Angeles, Nashville, Chicago, New York, and more. European shows will follow starting in late June, with stops in major cities like Berlin, Paris, Milan, London, and Amsterdam. The band is also planning additional tour legs in South America, Australia, and Asia for 2026, making this their most extensive tour to date.
Momsen expressed her excitement about returning to the road, saying, “This new music was made for the stage. It’s loud, it’s honest, and it’s going to be an incredible ride. We can’t wait to see everyone out there again.”
Fans can expect a mix of new tracks and classic hits during the shows, with the band promising an electrifying two-hour setlist. Tickets are expected to go on sale soon, with fan presales starting in mid-May.
With a new album on the horizon and an epic tour in the works, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for The Pretty Reckless.
