Swiss hard rock icons Gotthard are making a powerful comeback with their highly anticipated new album, “Stereo Crush,” slated for release on March 21, 2025. Known for their electrifying performances and timeless rock anthems, the band is once again ready to take center stage with fresh music and an extensive European headline tour to celebrate their latest creation.
New Album, New Energy
“Stereo Crush” marks Gotthard’s return after their last studio release in 2020, and fans can expect a mix of classic rock riffs, soaring melodies, and signature hard rock elements that have defined the band’s sound for over three decades. The band has already teased the album with two hit singles—“Boom Boom”, a high-energy anthem, and “Thunder & Lightning”, a track that embodies Gotthard’s signature mix of power and melody.
Speaking about the new album, bassist Marc Lynn stated:
“This album is a reflection of everything we love about rock music—big hooks, powerful riffs, and songs that make you want to turn up the volume. We can’t wait for our fans to hear it!”
2025 Headline Tour Announced
To accompany the album launch, Gotthard has announced an extensive European headline tour, kicking off in Zurich, Switzerland, in May 2025. The tour will take the band to major cities across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK, with special guests Y&T joining them for selected shows.
Guitarist Leo Leoni added:
“We’ve missed the energy of live crowds, and we’re beyond excited to bring these new songs to the stage. This tour will be a celebration of everything that makes Gotthard special.”
A New Chapter with Reigning Phoenix Music
The release of “Stereo Crush” also marks a significant moment in Gotthard’s career, as the band has recently signed with Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM), a move that promises exciting opportunities and global reach.
With their new album and upcoming tour, Gotthard is proving once again why they remain one of Switzerland’s greatest rock exports. Fans can expect a thunderous 2025 filled with new music, explosive live shows, and a full-force return to the hard rock scene.
